STERIKING® LTS Tyvek heat seal pouches are made from 9-layer medical grade film and DuPont™ Tyvek® 1073B forming so the strongest tyvek pouch available in the market. The preformed pouches are used as SBS for instruments, items or other things when sterilizing in low temperature sterilization. Tyvek 1073B is providing the best barrier, puncture, tearing and water repellency of all medical porous sterile barriers in the world. STERIKING® Tyvek pouches are compatible for H2O2 sterilization and are validated for all the most commonly used sterilizers and cycles. Shelf life studies and double pouching tests are also completed by validation laboratories. Indicator on pouches confirms with ISO 111140-1 and turns color accordingly in H2O2 process. Compatibility for EO and for irradiation (GAMMA, E-beam) as well as the ageing studies are made for the material combination too.
