An advanced triple-layer construction combines an absorbent hydrocellular pad sandwiched between a perforated silicone adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film. The wound contact surface of Allevyn™ Gentle Border is coated with a gentle silicone adhesive layer that ensures atraumatic removal at dressing changes.
