The Attends Supersorb Maximum Underpad features a Dry-Lock® absorbent core that quickly captures fluids and pulls them away from the skin, helping to maintain skin health and comfort. Its soft, cloth-like topsheet provides added comfort, while the leakage guard layer protects bedding and furniture, reducing the frequency of laundry changes.

The strong, breathable backsheet keeps the underpad securely in place without bunching or rolling, while allowing for repositioning of patients up to 350 lbs (160 kg). Designed to be air-permeable, it is fully compatible with low-airflow mattresses. In addition, its odor control properties help support a clean and pleasant environment.
