The B-Strong Pro Package includes eight blood flow restriction (BFR) bands designed to safely enhance strength and fitness through controlled blood flow training. Used on the arms and/or legs, the bands are inflated to partially restrict circulation, allowing light exercise to produce the same muscle fatigue and strength gains as heavy training. Ideal for athletes, rehabilitation, or fitness enhancement.
