Premium Care sterile Type VII gauze sponges are made from 100% woven cotton and feature a blue filament with a unique wave pattern for easy x-ray detection. These 16-ply sponges come sterile, packaged in a rigid plastic tray with a peel-back lid for convenience. Both sterile and non-sterile sponges are banded in groups of 10 to ensure accurate counting.
