STERIKING® gusseted rolls are used for making custom sized packaging and are especially good for packing items that demand more room or when packing over-sized products. Rolls come in variety of different widths and it is easy to cut from the rolls to the right size needed. Gusseted rolls are made from extremely durable 9-layer Multi-X9 film and 70g/m2 medical grade paper providing very good protection against microbes, dirt or any type of contaminants. STERIKING® gusseted rolls are manufactured by using continuous sealing process. This enables to avoid overlapping in sealing area,guarantees constant seal strenght along the side seals therefore giving the best peeling properties when opened. Rolls come with three indicators STEAM, EO, FO which turn color if exposed to sterilization according to ISO11140-1. RB57 is 16 inches in width, provides 3,5 inches extra space with gusset and is 330feet in length.
